Scrambled Eggs

The scrambled eggs I make are quite gourmet. They were my first recipe I made all by myself. They were the eggs that brought me into the cooking world. For the video on how to make them click HERE.

Ethan's Eggs

1 Tbsp milk
salt
pepper
2 eggs
1 Tbsp butter

Instructions:

Crack eggs into a bowl and add salt and pepper and whisk. Add milk and Whisk again. Place butter in the pan and let it simmer. Add the egg mixture and move it around. Once you finish, scoop it into a plate and serve.
